01 · Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cornicular platform, including our website, dashboard, and blockchain-based document verification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Cornicular. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use Cornicular. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Our services are available to individuals and organizations worldwide, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Certain features may be restricted in specific jurisdictions due to regulatory compliance requirements.
03 · User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account through our supported authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Cornicular reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
04 · Services and Usage
Cornicular provides blockchain-based document verification services including document hashing, digital signing, ownership tracking, and public verification. These services are provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious content, or to attempt to compromise the integrity of the blockchain or our systems. Any abuse of the platform may result in immediate account termination.
05 · Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Cornicular platform are owned by or licensed to Cornicular. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
You retain ownership of any documents you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant Cornicular a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the verification and signing services.
06 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornicular shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cornicular in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
07 · Termination and Suspension
Cornicular reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be retained in accordance with our data retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy.
