Advise on regulatory compliance, data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA), and blockchain-specific legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • ●Provide legal guidance on blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations
  • ●Draft and review terms of service, privacy policies, and contracts
  • ●Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws
  • ●Advise on KYC/AML requirements for platform operations
  • ●Monitor regulatory changes affecting blockchain technology

Requirements

  • ●JD or equivalent legal degree
  • ●3+ years of experience in technology or blockchain law
  • ●Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection
  • ●Understanding of smart contract legal implications
  • ●Experience with cross-jurisdictional compliance

Salary Range

$130K - $200K
